RainCity Housing
Last year, the UBC DOLLAR PROJECT fundraised for RainCity Housing, a charity that runs numerous homeless shelters and programs in Vancouver. The vision of Raincity Housing is to provide a home for every person. They believe in a low-barrier housing-first approach, offering shelter to those with challenges in the form of drug addiction and mental illness. RainCity’s philosophy aligns with that of the UBC Dollar Project: believing in incremental success. For more information on RainCity Housing, please visit http://www.raincityhousing.org/.
