The Boulevard Coffee Roasting Co.

The Boulevard Coffee Roasting Co. is located near the entrance to University of British Columbia, and shares the same humanitarian concerns as the University. This small coffee show is an avid supporter of local students and local art. They contribute greatly to the community by supporting the Dollar Project as well as Engineers Without Borders and World AIDS Day. They also care about sustainability and the quality of life for people around the world. They contribute $0.25 from every pound of coffee to Coffee Kids (www.coffeekids.org) and only purchase Fair Trade certified beverages. Stop by to feel the flavour as well as the love.

Gold’s Gym

This international fitness group are concerned about the health of people around the world. They contribute to the Dollar Project by offering memberships to specially-selected winners of our social events. Gold’s Gym is located on UBC Campus, with incredible equipment as well as personal trainers who can help you acquire a mind disposed to action and achievement.

Cineplex

Cineplex Inc. (“Cineplex”) is the largest motion picture exhibitor in Canada and owns, leases or has
a joint-venture interest in 130 theatres with 1,351 screens serving approximately 70 million guests
annually! Besides being a great place to hang out, they also help children who are diagnosed with
serious illnesses through their Starlight Children`s Foundation, which has raised over $1 million dollars
to date. Cinceplex sponsored the Dollar Project by giving us free movie passes for our members,
encouraging more people to join the Project!
